Eggs became rationed during World War 2, so dried eggs became very popular. I am working on a reproduction cardboard box and paper pack of dried egg which was equal to 12 eggs. One level tablespoon of powder, mixed with two tablespoons of water would equal one egg.
The box was a USA product specially packed for the ministry of food.
I don’t know what stood on top of the box. The original I have is missing the top. If you know what was printed on the top, please respond.
